Company Specific Search (w.e.f.1.4.2001)
Company specific search can be done of the Public Issues database for a specific company or for all or selected companies in a selected period, for following details:

  4. Promoters Contribution & Lock-in
  5. Shareholding Pattern (Pre & Post Issue %)
  6. Selling Shareholders
  7. Issue Expenses 

Industry-Wise Summary
Industrywise summary can be generated of the Public Issues database on any one or a combination of the following 3 parameters:
  1. Period 
  2. Instrument (Equity/Convertibles/Debt) 
  3. Issue Type (IPOs/FPOs/ Debt Offers) 

PSUs Offerings through Public Issues (w.e.f. 1.4.2003) 
Provides complete information on PSU Public Offerings.
 
Public Issues Pricing Parameters (w.e.f.1.4.1999)
Provides data on issue pricing parameters (EPS, P/E, IPE, RNOW, NAV).

Issue Response 
Provides information on basis of allotment, key response data, devolved/refunded issues and allows search on times subscribed, number of applicants, etc. of the Public Issues database.

City-Wise Response 
Provides information and allows search on citywise response & statewise response of the Public Issues database. Results can be obtained for a specific issue or for a combination of issues/cities.

Anchor Investors (w.e.f.1.4.2009) 
Provides information on allocations made to Anchor Investors in Public Issues. Details can be obtained for a specific issue and League Tables of Anchor Investors can be generated.

IPO/FPO Price Bands (w.e.f. 1.4.1999) 
Provides information on price bands, revisions and final offer price of each Public Issue.

Graded IPOs Market Price Data Movements (w.e.f. 1.4.2006) 
Provides market price movement graphs of every graded IPO since date of listing.

Public Issues Price/ Volume Data Tracking  
Provides daily price and volume data of all Public Issues since their respective date of listing at BSE and NSE.

IPOs Listing Date Prices and Current Market Prices (w.e.f. 1.4.1999)
Provides IPOs listing date prices (open, high, low and close) and current market prices of IPOs since their respective dates of listing at BSE and NSE.

FPOs Price History (w.e.f. 1.4.2001) 
Provide market price movements of FPOs starting two months prior to the opening date and till the closing date.  

Addresses of Issuers 
Provides addresses (Registered Office, Head Office and Factory Addresses) of all companies who have floated Public Issues. Also included are names of the Chairman, Managing Director/CEO and Company Secretary.

Top 25 Issuers  
Provides information on top 25 issuers of each year.
Issuer’s History  
Provides details of all past Public Issues of any specified company, along with address.

LEAGUE TABLES 
League Tables can be generated to suit your own requirement by choosing desired parameters (similar to parameters in the Advanced Database Search). League Tables are available for the following intermediaries:
